Three real deliverables

The discovery notes you paste in. The deliverable that comes back.

Made the way an account manager would make them: the facts of the account in the blanks, one run on the AI, nothing polished after. The clients are invented. The deliverables are not.

Your Challenge

  • Meta costs up 38% YoY while AOV is stuck at $64.
  • Email list under-utilized: 41 K subscribers receive only one monthly blast.
  • Launch concentration: The last three drops sold out to the same 900 repeat buyers, indicating a lack of reach beyond your core fans.

Next Step

Reply "Accept" to this email and attach the signed one-page agreement. Upon receipt, we'll schedule an onboarding kickoff call within two business days to lock in your first month's creative brief and drop calendar.

Plus the executive summary, the three-part solution, the scope list, the why-us section with your four differentiators, and the proof block with the client quote you supplied. Nine sections, in the order a prospect reads them.

From kickoff to sent

Three steps. No prompt engineering on the clock.

01

Pick the deliverable

Proposal, Friday status email, ad variations, statement of work, retainer renewal, content brief, monthly report. Search it the way you would say it to your account manager.

02

Fill in the account

Seven to twelve blanks: the client, the problem they told you on the discovery call, the scope, the number, the proof you are cleared to use, what is blocked on their side. Chips for the common answers, your own words for the rest.

03

Send it to your AI

Ultra Prompt builds the expert prompt and hands it to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. The proposal comes back in the order a prospect reads it; the status email comes back with the ask and the date on every line. You read it, then you send it.

Past the deliverable

Templates handle the deliverable. An agent handles the account.

The same facts you type into a template can live inside an AI agent that knows your clients, your rate card, your scope rules, and your voice, so the next proposal, the next Friday update, and the next round of ad copy start from your rules instead of from a blank chat. Three agents a small agency actually needs:

New business

The Proposal Desk

Knows your service tiers, your rate card, your minimums, and the case studies cleared for use. Paste the discovery-call notes; it drafts the proposal in your format and flags anything you promised that is not in the scope.

Account management

The Friday Update Writer

Carries each client's contact, plan, and open blockers. Paste this week's task board; it writes the status email per client, with the ask and the date on every item.

Runs in your phone, through the AI you already use
Creative

The Brief and Variations Desk

Holds each client's brand voice, banned words, and the claims cleared by their legal team. Give it the offer; it writes the content brief for the writer and the A/B variations for the media buyer, inside the character limits.

Showroom Coming soon

June, the campaigns and client accounts desk, is in testing now.

June is built and running the certification battery. When June clears it, this door opens here. Until then, the showroom's live agents are open to everyone.

Agent Studio

Build the account desk yourself, between two client calls.

Picture an agent that holds one client: the retainer scope, the exclusions, the revision rounds, the contact who signs off, and the ask that has been open since Wednesday. Paste in Friday's task board and it hands back the status email with the blocker named, the client to-do dated, and the report-call date on the last line, in your voice, not a chatbot's. Agent Studio is in every Pro and Business seat. Describe the agent's job, its rules, what it knows and how it talks, and export it to Claude Projects, a Custom GPT, Gemini Gems, Copilot, or a local model on your own machine. It runs on the AI you already have. Nothing to host.

Custom build

Or have it built around your retainers.

A custom build is one conversation about your agency and the five deliverables you write most, then an agent brief written for your shop, exported to the AI you use, and a walkthrough with your team. From $450, one time, on your own account.

Talk to Sean
Asked on the discovery call

The questions agency owners ask before the first retainer.

Do I need ChatGPT or Claude to use this?

Yes, one of them, and the free tier of any of them works. Ultra Prompt builds the prompt and sends you there with it. You never paste anything by hand unless you want to.

Will it invent results or client stats?

It writes from what you give it. The templates ask for the numbers on file and tell the model to work from those, and every agency template closes with an FTC substantiation check. In our own test runs the model still reached for a benchmark once, so you read what you send; it is your client's name on it.

How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?

You can ask ChatGPT for a proposal and get a generic one. These templates were written by people who have run retainers: they ask for the exclusions, the revision rounds, the payment terms, the proof point you are cleared to use, the things a client will argue about in month two. The difference is what they make you say.

Can my writers, media buyer, and account manager use it too?

Yes. Business seats are $10 each after the first, up to 15, on one invoice. Everyone gets the full library and Agent Studio.

Can I use it for my clients' work, not just my own agency?

Yes. Most of the 36 templates are client deliverables: briefs, ad copy, reports, brand voice guides, press releases. The client's name goes in a blank; the output is yours to deliver under your agency.

What if I only need three deliverables, done my way?

That is the custom build. One conversation about your agency and the documents you write most, and you get a set built for your shop on your own account. From $450, one time.

The proposal is due, the update is due Friday. Neither is waiting on a blank page.
