For independent shops and small chains

Your next product listing, written from the facts on the tag.

Thirty-eight templates built by people who have closed a register and counted a drawer. You fill in the product, the price, the policy, and who it is for. Your AI writes the listing, the promo email, or the complaint reply in the order a shopper reads it. About four minutes, start to post.

Three real pieces off the floor

What you type in from the tag. What goes up on the page, the list, and the inbox.

Made the way you would make them at the back counter: the real tag, the real promo, the real complaint in the blanks, run once, not cleaned up after. The shop and the customer are invented. The listing, the email, and the reply are not.

Objection Answers

"I can't feel the quality before I buy." All fibers are 100% New Zealand lambswool; the weight and generous dimensions give a substantial, medium-heavy drape you'll notice as soon as it lands on your couch.

"I wish I could see a size chart or video." We currently do not have a video or detailed size chart, but the 50 x 70 in dimensions are listed above for easy reference. If you need more visual guidance, feel free to contact us.

Plus the selling angle, the 200-word page description, the short tile description, a meta title and description under the character limits, keywords and alt text, a second title for split-testing, and an honesty pass for the owner's eyes. Nine sections.

How it works on the floor

Three steps. Tag to posted.

01

Pick the piece

The product listing, the new-arrival email, the complaint reply, the vendor email, the cash policy, the morning huddle. Search it the way you would say it to your floor lead.

02

Type in what is on the tag

Seven to ten blanks: the product, the price, the policy, who walks in for it. Chips for the answers every shop gives, your own words for the ones only yours does.

03

Send it to your AI

Ultra Prompt builds the expert prompt and hands it to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. The copy comes back in the order a shopper reads it, with the facts on your tag and nothing invented about the fiber, the price, or the return window.

Past the template: the desk that runs while you are on the floor

Templates handle the post. An agent handles the counter.

The same facts you type into a template can live inside an AI agent that knows your shop, your return policy, your vendors, and your voice, so the next listing, the next promo, and the next complaint reply start from your rules instead of from a blank chat. Three agents a shop actually needs:

Front counter

The Listing Desk

Knows your voice, your guarantee, and your rule that no spec goes on a page unless it is on the tag. Paste the tag details and a photo description; it drafts the listing, the tile copy, and the search fields, and flags every claim it could not back.

Runs in Claude Projects, a Custom GPT, or a local model
Back room

The Vendor Desk

Carries your supplier list, your terms, your reorder points, and how you like to ask for a better price. Say what's low or what a vendor got wrong; it writes the PO, the negotiation email, or the low-stock note to the manager.

Runs in your phone, through the AI you already use
Reputation

The Complaint Desk

Holds your return policy and your make-it-right rules. Paste a complaint or a review; it drafts the reply, the next steps, and a note on whether the same product keeps coming back.

Agent Studio

Build your listing desk in an afternoon.

Agent Studio is in every Pro and Business seat. Give it your shop, your voice, your return window and restock rule, and the one law that nothing goes on a page unless it is on the tag. Then, from the stockroom, paste in the tag details and what the box says; back comes the listing, the tile copy, and the search fields, with a flag on every claim it could not back. Export it as a Claude Project, a Custom GPT, a Gemini Gem, Copilot, or a local model on the back-office computer. It runs on the AI you already have. Nothing to host, nothing for your manager to babysit.

A custom build is one conversation about your shop and the five pieces you write most, then an agent brief written for your store, exported to the AI you use, and a walkthrough with your staff. From $450, one time, on your own account.

Straight answers, no rep on the phone

The questions shop owners ask before they sign up.

Do I need ChatGPT or Claude to use this?

Yes, one of them, and the free tier of any of them works. Ultra Prompt builds the prompt and sends you there with it. You never paste anything by hand unless you want to.

Will it make up product specs, prices, or policies?

It writes from what you give it. The listing template ends with an honesty pass that lists any claim your details don't back, and it is told to write [CONFIRM] instead of guessing a fiber content or a burn time. You still read what you post; it is your shop's name on it.

Does it post the email or the listing for me?

No. It writes the copy and hands it to your AI. You paste it into Shopify, your email tool, or Instagram yourself, same as before, just without the blank page.

How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?

You can ask ChatGPT for a product description and get a generic one. These templates were written by people who have processed the returns: they ask for the verified details, the shopper's real hesitation, the guarantee, the thing the customer will argue about later. The difference is what they make you say.

Can my manager and my floor staff use it too?

Yes. Business seats are $10 each after the first, up to 15, on one invoice. Everyone gets the full library and Agent Studio.

What if I only need three pieces, done my way?

That is the custom build. One conversation about your shop and the pieces you write most, and you get a set built for your store on your own account. From $450, one time.

Sixty mugs land Thursday. The email is waiting on you, not on a blank page.
